OISS Document Request

OISS Document Request is available to F-1 students, J-1 students and J-1 scholars whose I-20 or DS-2019 has been issued by Wayne State University.

Use this application to request one of the following documents:

  • Driver's license address verification
  • Invitation letter
  • Social Security letter
    • Note: If you have a job offer for one of the following on-campus employers, please use the Work on Campus Portal to request approval to work and a Social Security letter.
      • Aramark
      • Barnes & Noble
      • Quickly Boba Cafe
